Coastal Embers 30-Day Refund Policy

 If you receive a broken or faulty item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s) if the product is broken or faulty upon delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, we require:
    • Photos of the damaged or faulty product clearly showing the issue.
    • Proof of purchase, such as a screenshot of the confirmation email.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  • Please contact us at coastalemberss@gmail.com with the required photos, proof of purchase, and a note if you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund.
  • We will guide you through the return or exchange process once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping:

  • The shipping cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
